What God said to me – Did you know your life has an aroma? Some smells are pleasant and welcoming, and others are disgusting and repulsive. When you walk with Me and allow Me to lead you each step of the way, your life will exude the sweet aroma of My Spirit. You are My fragrance in the world to those who are being saved and to those who are perishing. Just as some people love the smell of chocolate but others don’t care for it at all, your life when you walk with Me will have the same effect on the people you meet. Some will be drawn to the aroma of Me exuding from you and others will be repulsed. The problem is when you walk in the flesh and not in the Spirit, your aroma changes. When the Jews offered sacrifices to Me with sincere hearts, the aroma was pleasant and acceptable to Me, but they could offer the same sacrifices to Me out of duty and not sincerity, and the smell was abhorrent to Me. When you strive to follow Me with sincerity, you aroma will be sweet and acceptable to Me and I will use it to draw others.
