2 Samuel 22:1-23:23, Acts 2, Psalms 122:1-9, Proverbs 16:19-20
What God said to me – You’ve heard of the “Lone Ranger” but when it comes to being a Christiam, it was never intended to be that way. You are part of the body of Christ where each member works together with one another to build one another up. When I called you to Myself, I called you into My family, the Church, and spending time with other family members should be a source of joy and happiness for you. From the beginning, My Church devoted themselves to My word and it’s teaching and to fellowship and to prayer. As the end approaches, I exhort you even more not to forsake the assembling of yourselves together. This time together is necessary to encourage one another and to stimulate one another to love and good deeds. Whether it is work or sports or school or just wanting time to yourself, there are many excuses and temptations and hindrances that you can use to justify skipping church. However, you need the encouragement and the fellowship and the teaching and the example and the prayers of others in the body to stay strong and to stand firm in your faith and all the more as you see the end drawing near.
