Numbers 29-30, Psalms 43, Acts 4:1-22

What God said to me – It is important that My children walk in such a way and speak in such a way that those they encounter know they belong to Me.  If you are ever to make an impact for My kingdom your quiet confidence and steadfast faith must be apparent and to live in such a way you must spend much time with Me and in My word.  This doesn’t mean you can’t have fun or be person others enjoy being with but be known as kind and encouraging rather than coarse or cutting.  They may not like or agree with your beliefs but they will be drawn by your encouragement and kindness.  Your goal in your relationships as you walk with Me is not total acceptance by the world but to be a godly influence and witness so that some may be drawn to me.

Numbers 27-28, Psalms 41, Acts 3

What God said to me – My children suffer so much grief and unnecessary pain because they don’t seek My best and wait for My answer.  They go off on their own and try to fix it themselves and solve their own problems.  In doing so they settle for so much less than I have for them and they miss out on the abundant life I have promised.  The invalid beggar at the temple would have settled for alms from Peter and John when I desired to heal him so he wouldn’t have to beg.  The crowd at the crucifixion settled for the release of a murderer when I provided them with a Savior.  Seek Me first and My kingdom and all these things will be added to you – that was My promise.  Quit worrying about what’s going on.  Don’t try to “fix” things yourself.  Seek Me and My will in prayer and continue to pray and rest in Me.  “I AM” faithful to do exceedingly more abundantly than you can think or ask.  Trust Me.

Numbers 26, Psalms 41, Acts 2:16-47

What God said to me – Where is your joy – is it in Me or in your circumstances?  It’s easy to say it’s in Me until things don’t go the way you want or people disappoint you.  These are the times you find out where your joy truly is.  When you feel sadness or disappointment because people let you down, you need to come to Me and worship.  True worship will help you to put your circumstances in perspective.  True worship will turn your eyes from earthly things to heavenly things – to Me.   Once your eyes are truly on Me then I can begin to teach you and show you what “I AM” doing in your life and you can replace the sadness and disappointment with joy and peace.  Rather than dwelling on the hurt and disappointment, immerse yourself in My word and let me minister to you.  You can live in hope because “I AM” in control.
