Judges 8-9, Psalms 82, Galatians 4

What Good said to me – The world is plunging headlong into darkness as it rushes towards judgment.  Everyone senses something has to happen but those who are not Mine have no idea what is coming.  They don’t know or understand what it is because they walk in darkness and they do not know Me or acknowledge My sovereignty over all that is happening.  Their greatest fear is that the nations will destroy one another and the earth in the process.  They don’t understand that I own the nations and “I AM” directing them toward the end to fulfill My plan and bring about My glory and the salvation of My people.  Your responsibility is to share what “I AM” doing and warn them about what is coming.  Some will respond and be rescued and others will not.  You can’t save or deliver – only I can – but you can be a light to draw those “I AM” calling.

Judges 6-7, Psalms 81, Galatians 2:17-3:1-29

What God said to me – There are no sadder words in scripture than “I have given them over” to their sin – to walk their own way and to reap their consequences.  You are living in this present evil age where that is happening.  Society as a whole is rejecting Me – rejecting My word – rejecting My standards for living.  You are beginning to see the consequences of this as society is reaping the awful fruit that was sown by their sin.  It will continue to get worse as society breaks down.  When “I AM” removed there is no standard by which to live and everyone goes their own way and they live according to their own conscience and beliefs.  They fail to realize that apart from Me the heart is desperately wicked and that to live a life of peace and joy requires a changed heart.  Only I can change a heart.

Judges 4-5, Psalms 80, Galatians 2

What God said to me – You cannot change anyone – only I can.  You cannot save anyone – only I can.  What you can do is to share the gospel.  What you can do is to take a strong stand against the evil and immorality and corruption that is taking hold in society.  For the most part they will not listen and you will be reviled for your unbending and archaic views – but there will be a few who may respond and your faithfulness can be the difference between death and life.  I will call those I will call and you don’t know who they are so no matter the group you are encountering you be faithful to share as I lead.  So shake off the ridicule and rejection you may encounter and remain steadfast and immovable in your walk knowing that “I AM” pleased with you.
