Ezekiel 10-11, Song of Solomon 6, Matthew 26:1-35

What God said to me – “I AM” Almighty God and “I AM” absolutely sovereign.  There is no man, no matter how powerful he is who can thwart My plans.  It was not a coincidence that My Son, Jesus, was crucified on Passover.  I planned it that way from the foundation of the world.  I revealed My plans for redemption and salvation in the Passover of the Jews for those who were astute enough to know My word.  The priests and elders were determined to kill Jesus but purposefully decided not to do it at Passover lest they cause a riot among the people – yet that’s exactly when they killed Him.  They could not thwart My determined plan.  So as you look at all that is happening in the world don’t be afraid or think that any nation or world leader can thwart My plans for judgment or for My return.  “I AM” sovereign and it will occur exactly as I planned from the foundation of the world.  Look up – your redemption draws nigh!

Ezekiel 8-9, Song of Solomon 5, Matthew 25:14-46

What God said to me – I have said that when My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land.  But you also see in Ezekiel that when people who say they are called by My name fall headlong into sin and immorality and the idolatrous practices of the world, I hold them accountable and judge them harshly.  You are living in an age and a society where so-called churches are falling headlong into the sin and immorality and idolatrous practices of the world.  They not only are “not” denouncing the immorality and perversion of society, but they are also accepting it, promoting it, and celebrating it.  So what are you as My child to do – how are you to respond?  You are to walk in a manner worthy of your calling by taking a stand for what is good and right and holy and condemning what is unholy and ungodly and an abomination in My sight even when you can’t change it – even when you are vilified and denigrated for your stance.  Your faithfulness should not be based on anyone’s response but Mine.

Ezekiel 6-7, Song of Solomon 4, Matthew 25:1-30

What God said to me – Because I have delayed My coming people either believe “I AM” not really ever coming or they think there is plenty of time.  Neither is true.  Like sands in an hourglass, time will actually run out.  There will be a point when the door is shut and those on the outside will have no more chance of redemption.  Look at Noah’s day – he preached about the need for people to repent and turn to Me up until the day when he entered the ark, I shut the door, and the rain began to fall.  Look at the parable of the ten virgins – five were prepared and ready for My coming, even with My delay, but the other five thought there was plenty of time to get ready and they were not there when I shut the door, and it was too late.  Notice in each situation “I” shut the door.  Judgment is on My timetable.  Time is running out – there is a day soon coming when I will shut the door so act with urgency and share about the need to repent and to come to Me for salvation.  The door is about to shut!
