Job 13-15, Psalms 122

What God said to me – Are you willing to trust Me and endure whatever comes into your life?  Can you say like Job, “Though He slay me, I will hope in Him?”  The only way to be able to live a life of such faith is to walk with Me step by step.  You must know Me intimately to be able to trust Me completely.  You must learn to accept all of the frustrations and daily irritations as from My hand.  You must look to Me for the reason and not give into anger and despair.  It’s only when you can take the little things in stride that you’ll be able to handle the more difficult things in life.

Job 10-12, Psalms 121

What God said to me – “I AM” your keeper.  No one can take you out of My hand – not even you yourself.  You can choose to disobey or not walk with Me for a time, but only for a time – “I AM” your keeper.  You are Mine, now and always.  In your struggles, look to Me.  Turn your eyes upon Me for “I AM” your helper.  “I AM” always here day and night.  It is always a good time to repent and cry out to Me.  Turn to Me.  Return to My word.  Let Me wash you clean.  Let Me restore our relationship.  Quit struggling.  Quit running.  Lift up your eyes – “I AM” here.

Job 7-9, Psalms 120

What God said to me – Cry out to Me and I will deliver you from the sin that so easily besets you.  You must turn to Me not just once, or even once a day, but continually.  You must learn to insulate yourself from those things that you know are areas or weaknesses, so you are not exposed to temptation to which you easily succumb.  Time is growing short.  You must put on your armor and keep it on.  Stand ready at all times.  Those who are Mine are now targets for the enemy and he seeks to destroy them – destroy you.  Don’t become another statistic and bring shame to My name.  Stay close to Me and be alert at all times.
