Deuteronomy 27-30, Psalms 48

What God said to me – When you walk with Me and seek My face, you don’t have to seek My blessings, they overtake you. Look at My promise regarding My tithe – I promised to open the windows of heaven to bless your faithfulness in giving Me My tithe. This doesn’t mean that you will never encounter difficulty or adversity. I will bless you even in the midst of difficulties by being with you, teaching, and guiding you each step of the way. My presence is the greatest blessing of all.

Deuteronomy 23-26, Psalms 47

What God said to me – I have a standard of holiness that is impossible for anyone but Me to meet.  I have commanded that you be holy, but you cannot be holy apart from Me.  It is by walking and living with Me constantly submitting yourself to Me that I make you holy.  Like salvation, it is only by My grace that you can be holy.  You must consecrate yourself to Me and let Me do the work of making you holy.

Deuteronomy 20-22, Psalms 46

What God said to me – “I AM” your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.  Always keep this in mind as you look at the world and your family and your life.  Things are changing all around you, and some things are for the worse, but you do not need to be afraid.  “I AM” in control – even in the bad things.  Turmoil, disappointment, illness and even death are in My hands.  I know that you will experience sorrow in your life, and you will wrestle with the “whys” and “how can this be for my good”.  Trust Me.  Keep My sovereignty always at the heart of your wrestling and trust My character even when you can’t see or understand.  I will not let you down for “I AM faithful to the end.
