Genesis 40-42, Psalms 14-15

What God said to me – Very few of My people walk after me with eagerness and longing to hear My voice.  There is no diligence to seek My face when things are going well.  There is no heart felt desire to know Me.  That is why this time is so important for you.  You learn to recognize My voice.  You develop a longing to hear from Me and spend time with Me.  You learn to respond to difficulties you encounter as from Me, and you look to Me to see what you should do or say.

Genesis 37-39, Psalms 13

What God Said to me – I orchestrate the circumstances of your life.  No one can interfere or change that when you are walking with Me.  They may intend evil, but you can know nothing will happen to you that I do not allow for My purposes.  So when you find yourself in difficulties that are not your own making – know that they are of My making.  “I AM” at work in your life and you must trust Me.  Watch and see how I will work it for your good and My glory.

Genesis 33-36, Psalms 12

What God said to me – So it is in the world today, the godly man is ceasing to be.  Time is growing short.  Someday soon I will arise and gather those who are Mine.  For your part, you must continue to strive to be godly until that day.  Be diligent in your pursuit of Me.  Walk with constancy day after day, until one day, like Enoch, you will not be here, but with Me.  Until that day, things will get more and more difficult to bear.  Evil is overtaking the world until one day, I will no longer stay My hand.
