Philippians 1:1-2:30

What God said to me – The work I began in you so long ago, I continue today and each day until I see you face to face.  “I AM” at work in you, changing you, teaching you, conforming you to My image.  The thing about this work though, is that it goes so much better when you are cooperating with Me and seeking to do My will.  “I AM” still working when you go your own way, either neglecting Me or bucking against Me, but it is so much harder on you.  Know this – “I AM” committed to you and I will not let you go or leave you alone no matter what you do.  However when you conduct yourself in a manner worthy of the gospel and seek Me continually, My work in you becomes a joyful thing for you and for Me.

Ephesians 3:1-6:24

What God said to me – You must not only be careful how you live, but how you think.  How you think will eventually affect how you live.  You can only cover up your thoughts for a time, eventually they will be revealed in your actions.  You must learn to live your “thought life” the way you live your actual life – by walking with Me.  Find out what pleases Me and do it.  Make the things that please Me the focus of your thoughts.  Whatsoever things are good, true, noble, pure, admirable, lovely – think on those things.  Don’t dwell on hurts or resentments.  When you are struggling, spend time in My word and let Me transform your mind and thoughts.

Ephesians 1:1-2:22

What God said to me – I have chosen you – never forget that.  You are Mine, chosen to display My glory.  That is the way I want you to live your life – seeking Me – walking with Me – allowing Me to shine through you.  You are the mirror I chose to reflect My image to the world.  That is why it is so important that you are patient and kind to everyone you encounter for when they see you, then they see Me.  I know it’s not easy to be My child in the world today and to be steadfast and stand firm.  That is exactly why you must stay so close to Me so I can help you in time of need.  “I AM” always patient and always kind and through Me, you can be also.
