Leviticus 11:1-16:34

What God said to me – Holiness is not easy . . . you can see from all the requirements of the Law that it is virtually impossible apart from Me.  “I AM” the one who can make you holy – the only one.  The only way for you to be holy as I require is for Me to make you holy.  As you walk through the world day by day, there is so much uncleanness – one touch and you are unclean too, often without ever realizing it.  Let Me cleanse you often with the washing of the water of the Word.  Stay close to Me so I can show you those things that are holy or common, clean or unclean.  Listen to Me – I love you and don’t want our lifelong conversation interrupted. 

Leviticus 9:1-10:20

What God said to me – “I AM” holy. I show Myself holy to My people and make My Glory evident to them.  I have called you to holiness . . . to be like Me.  I have no greater joy than to hear that My children look like Me.  I have called you to live in such a way that the world sees Me when they look at you.  You are to be different . . . set apart for Me.  The world sees that in the choices you make.  Choose not the good, but the best.  Choose not the common, but the holy.  So much of what I ask you to do is not because it’s good or bad, clean or unclean, but so the world will see My Glory in your life as you choose to be holy.

Leviticus 5:1-8:36

What God said to me – Sacrifice is an integral part of walking with Me.  It is at the very center of our relationship.  Don’t ever forget that it was My Son’s sacrifice that allowed you and I to have this relationship – because He made peace between us, we are able to fellowship.  I love the fellowship we now share, but never forget the price it took.  Value this time . . . it cost a great deal . . . the highest price.  Make our time a priority – the most valuable thing in your life.  There is nothing in your life that cost more.  Treat our time together as what it is – precious.
