Song of Solomon 1:1-2:17

What God Said to me – My banner over you is love.  You belong to Me.  My love is over you like a flag flying high.  Those who are Mine follow that flag and it is evident they belong to Me for all can see My banner of love displayed in their lives.  Stay close to Me and walk with Me.  It will become evident to everyone you encounter that you belong to Me as you demonstrate My love.  The evidence of My love is not because you verbalize it, but it is something that is seen as you walk with Me and minister as I direct.  I have raised My banner of love over you.  Your duty is to follow it wherever I lead you.

Ecclesiastes 10:1-12:14

What God said to me – Focus is important for it is easy to get distracted by all the things going on in and around your life.  When your life is full of storms and the wind is blowing and the clouds are rolling in, it’s easier to look at the wind and watch the clouds than it is to focus on what “I AM” doing or what I want you to do.  Look at Me and not the storm.  Listen to Me and not the howling wind.  I know it’s difficult to walk and work in the midst of a storm and not want to run and hide and wish for it all to be over.  But know this for certain – if you are in a storm, “I AM” there with you and I have a purpose that “I AM” accomplishing in you in that storm.  Focus on Me and not the storm and see Me do a work you never thought possible.

Ecclesiastes 6:1-9:18

What God said to me – Life can be a struggle and it can be difficult.  No man knows the future or what happiness or misery he will encounter in his lifetime.  There are times when it seems that evil is triumphing and everything good is being torn down and thrown away.  Do not be discouraged and do not be afraid.  Look to Me.  You may not know the future, but I do!  I have a plan that “I AM” carrying out.  Watch and see what I will do.  Stay close to Me and you will see Me at work.  Stay close to Me and I will show you what to do.  When I show you what to do, then do it with all your might – do it as unto Me.  Walk in this way and work in this way and you will find that life is not meaningless or hopeless but is full of joy and purpose.  Never forget the great hope you have in Me for you are in My hands.
