Psalms 132:1-138:8

What God said to me – I do what pleases Me in the heavens and on earth.  Men think they are in control – that they direct their own destinies and that of the world, but they do not.  Men are constantly striving and laboring but all I have to do is speak and it is so.  This doesn’t mean that you are to do nothing, it means to quit striving so hard to accomplish your own plans and turn to Me.  Seek Me for direction and strength for the day.  Don’t work harder – work smarter.  Turn to Me and let Me direct your path.  Whether it’s across the Red Sea or through the desert or into the promised land, follow Me.  You will see Me at work on your behalf with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm.  You will see My glory and experience My peace in every circumstance.  I will fulfill My purpose for you and I will never abandon you.  Don’t be afraid.

Psalms 120:1-131:3

What God said to me – Lift up your eyes to Me for “I AM” your ever present help – not just in times of trouble, but always.  You need Me every moment and “I AM” always here.  I do not slumber or sleep but “I AM” always watching over you, My child.  As you go through your day, make a practice of turning your thoughts toward Me, seeking Me.  You will begin to see more and more how “I AM” at work in and around you.  Lift up your eyes to Me for “I AM” on My throne.  I rule over all the earth and “I AM” in control.   Look to Me for instructions for your day for as you walk with Me in obedience each day, you are participating in carrying out My plans.  Join Me each day for unless “I AM” at work, your efforts are in vain.  I will accomplish my purposes with or without you so join Me that you might be blessed.

Psalms 119:1-176

What God said to me – I have a word for you every day.  Turn to Me so you can hear it.  Spend much time in My word.  Do not neglect it.  My word will transform you.  As you seek Me through My word you will begin to know Me intimately.  You will begin to see things the way I see things.  Those things that are frivolous, those things that are unimportant, those things that are worthless will become evident.  As you choose the way of truth and set your heart and mind on My word, I will set your heart free from all the things that now ensnare you.  The more time you spend in My word, the more precious it will become.  Devote yourself to My word.  Delight to spend time in it.  My word is a precious gift.  Spend time in it not because of duty or obligation, but for the joy of being with Me.
