Psalms 44:1-45:17

What God said to me – “I AM” your King and “I AM” your God.  It is I who gives you success.  It is I who gives you victory.  None of it would happen apart from Me, apart from My plan.  Don’t trust in your own abilities, but trust in Me.  Everything you have, from your health, to your possessions, to your talents, to your abilities, to your intelligence – everything is from Me.  I give you all you need for life and godliness – all you need to fulfill My plan.  But more than all of that, I bless you abundantly, over and beyond what you “need” because I love you.  I give gifts to all of My children just because they are My children.  But more than all of that, I cause the light of My face to shine toward you so you can see Me – because I love you.

Psalms 41:1-43:5

What God said to me – Thirst for Me always for “I AM” not only the sustainer of your life, “I AM” the refresher.  Too often My children wait until they are in dire need before they turn to Me.  They wait until they have tried everything they can think of and when nothing else works, then they turn to Me.  Don’t be like that.  Speak to Me often.  Speak to Me about everything.  Walk with Me moment by moment and I will guide you step by step.  I want to be such an integral and important part of your life that “I AM” like the air you breathe . . . you cannot make it a step without Me.  I also want to be like the water you drink.  Come to Me periodically and drink of Me that I might refresh you.  Be anxious to get alone with Me.  Anticipate our private time together.

Psalms 38:1-40:17

What God said to me – Life is fleeting . . . it passes by in just a moment.  Never forget your days are numbered, not just yours, but the world’s.  Time is counting down so don’t waste it.  Focus on the eternal.  Live for what is lasting, for what is important.  Look to Me in all things for I will show you where your focus needs to be.  Don’t hide the truths I’ve taught you, share them.  Sprinkle My word throughout your conversation.  Speak of your salvation.  Speak of My faithfulness.  Don’t conceal My love but share it.  I direct those to you who need to hear the things I’ve taught you, the things I’ve brought you through.  Walk with Me out loud – others will hear and be encouraged.
