Zephaniah 1:1-3:20

What God said to me – I know that reading of My judgment is disturbing for you . . . that the death and destruction are upsetting to you.  You must look to Me and remember that “I AM” righteous and I do no wrong.  “I AM” merciful and I give the world every opportunity to receive that mercy.  Some do, but in the end, most will reject it because their hearts are bent on evil and at some point, judgment must follow . . . judgment will follow.  “I AM” righteous and I cannot and will not tolerate sin forever.  You look to Me.  You seek righteousness and humility and live and walk with Me.  Trust me to do what is right when the time is right.

Habakkuk 1:1-3:19

What God said to me – Stand and watch for me.  Wait patiently to hear what I have to say.  Come to Me when you have questions, or you don’t understand.  I will either help you understand the situation from My perspective, or I will give you the grace to trust me through it, even though you don’t understand.  My ways are eternal, but your perspective is temporal.  You must realize that things are not always what they seem.  It may seem that bad is always triumphing over good and that evil is prospering while those who are good are suffering, but you are seeing it all from the bottom up and not seeing the whole picture.  “I AM” over all.  I see all.  “I AM” in control of all.  I will work it all for good.  Trust Me.

Nahum 1:1-3:19

What God said to me – “I AM” good all the time.  Even in judgement, even in discipline, even in trials and tribulation, “I AM” good.  Never forget that truth.  When you can’t see it or understand it and nothing seems good or right, cry out to Me and I will open your heart and eyes to see eternity . . . to see your circumstances from My perspective and you will see My goodness.  What the enemy means for evil, I will use for good and to accomplish My purpose.  Weeping may last for the night, but joy will come in the morning.  “I AM” always at work.  “I AM” always in control.  Though the storms may rage, and the waves roll, never forget that all it takes is a word from Me to calm it all.  So, when you are in a storm that never seems to cease, know that “I AM” in it using it for good, else I would speak and cause it to cease.  Trust Me.
