1 Samuel 3:1-5:12

What God said to me – The word of the Lord was as rare in those days as it is today – not because I didn’t speak, but because people wouldn’t listen . . . wouldn’t seek Me out.  Don’t be like them.  Spend much time with Me, talking, listening, studying My word.  I want to speak to you often, conversing as we walk together for it’s in this lifelong conversation that I can reveal Myself to you.  As we walk together . . . as we converse – I will teach you – I will correct you – I will encourage you – I will show Myself to you – I will transform you into My image.  Come walk with Me.

1 Samuel 1:1-2:36

What God said to me – Pour out your soul to Me for “I AM” always here for you.  Don’t be afraid for “I AM” always with you.  I guard the steps of My saints.  Walk with Me and you will never have to fear a misstep for “I AM” your guide.  I will direct your path.  When the way gets rough, you can be sure that I sent you that way for a reason.  Nothing catches Me by surprise.  It is not by strength or intelligence or riches that you will prevail – it is by walking with Me, listening to Me and following all I say.  Each step will bring you closer to Me.
