Nehemiah 3:1-5:19

What God said to me – I have placed you where I have placed you for a reason.  Don’t think you need to go somewhere else to minister in My name.  Look around you.  I placed you where you are for a reason.  Just as the Israelites rebuilt the section of wall in front of their own house, open your eyes and look around you.  See what needs to be done and go to work, Look to see what “I AM” doing around you and join Me.  When you come into contact with hurting, needy people it is because I brought them to you.  Minister to their needs.  You may not think you have an important assignment in My kingdom but look around your home and neighborhood and office – “I AM” at work. Join Me.

Nehemiah 1:1-2:20

What God said to me – My child, you can never go so far that repentance will not bring you home.  My forgiveness reaches to the farthest horizon, and I will gather you in My arms and bring you back to Me.  Unfortunately, sin causes much destruction and has grave consequences.  Much work is required to rebuild and repair the damage disobedience caused.  Learn from the example of Israel.  I have recorded their history of obedience and disobedience for your instruction and encouragement and as a warning of what can happen.  Take heed.  Walk with Me.  Stay close to Me so you won’t give sin the opportunity to destroy.  I only desire your good – trust Me – obey Me.
