Nahum 1-3, Revelation 8, Psalms 136:1-26, Proverbs 30:7-0
What God said to me – “Behold on the mountains the feet of him who brings good news. Who announces peace.” There is no higher calling or greater ministry to others than to share the good news of the gospel – salvation by grace though faith in My Son Jesus Christ. As Paul says in Romans, “whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?” I have called all of My children to be preachers of the gospel. You don’t need to be employed by a church or have a seminary degree to be a preacher of the gospel; you just need to share with those I bring into your sphere of influence. However, when you share make sure you are sharing the full gospel – like a coin there are two sides of it. One side is My love and sacrifice and willingness to save those who believe so they can spend eternity with Me in heaven. The other side is My wrath and judgment and condemnation of those who refuse to believe. It is easy to sugar coat it and only tell of the love side because it is not offensive or convicting. However, I will by no means leave the guilty unpunished so tell them the full gospel for their sake. It is not your job to get people “saved” by having them pray a prayer – it is your job to present the whole gospel to those I bring to you and I will convict and draw and save those I have called to be Mine.
