2 Kings 11-12, Psalms 128, John 13:1-17

What God said to me – “I AM” always at work in the lives of My children – teaching them through My word and transforming them into My image as they submit to Me in every circumstance.  When I was washing the feet of My disciples, Peter asked Me why I was washing his feet and I told him an important truth – that although he didn’t realize at the time what I was doing, later he would understand.  The same thing is true for many of the things “I AM” doing in your life.  Many times it is difficult to understand what “I AM” teaching you or changing in your life when you are in the midst of the lesson, but afterwards when you have made it through you can look back and see My hand and My faithfulness in working all things together for your good and My glory.

2 Kings 9-10, Psalms 127, John 12:20-50

What God said to me – When My Son, Jesus, was on the earth many rulers of the Jews believed in Him, but because of the pharisees they were not confessing Him publicly for fear they would be put out of the synagogue – they loved the approval of men rather than My approval.  So look at the society you live in today.  Do you hesitate to acknowledge Me publicly or fear of ridicule or of the negative reaction you would receive?  Do you hesitate to pray or to share about what “I AM” doing in your life or in the world or to take a stand against the abominations being committed in the name of “rights” or “love” or “privacy”?  Do you love Me but seek the approval of men also?  You can’t have it both ways.  If you truly love Me and acknowledge Me and stand against the evil in society you will be mocked and denigrated and persecuted by most of them.  Time is growing short – choose you this day whom you will serve.

1 King7-8, Psalms 126, John 12:1-26

What God said to me – There was a great famine in Samaria, the capital city of the Northern Kingdom of Israel, and at the same time the Arameans were besieging the city.  It was a terrible time – the people were literally starving to death.  But I in My mercy miraculously intervened and caused the army of the Arameans to flee leaving behind their animals and food and supplies, but no one in the city knew of My mercy so their suffering continued.  But four lepers went to the camp and discovered what I had done so they ate and drank and enjoyed the bounty left behind.  But then they said, “We are not doing right.  This is a day of good news and we are keeping silent.”  So they went and told the people so they could reap the benefits of My mercy and be saved.  You are living in a time where there is a great famine of My word and people are literally dying because they don’t know that I in My mercy have provided for their salvation.  You know the truth so don’t keep silent.  Share the good news and give them the opportunity to share in the bountiful salvation My mercy has provided.
