Exodus 21-24, Proverbs 3

What God said to me – “Trust in Me with all of your heart and do not lean on your own understanding.”  That’s easy for you to believe when things are going great – when you and your loved ones are happy and healthy and prospering.  It’s when things go sideways and you encounter difficulty that you begin second guessing Me and rely on yourself.  You need to remember that you only see what is happening now – what is right before your eyes.  You don’t understand how “I AM” at work in you building your faith and revealing those things you need to surrender to Me.  I could have given the children of Israel a completely vacant land by moving all of their adversaries out at once but I knew that was not good for them in the long run – they needed  to learn how to be strong and to trust Me so I gave them opposition and things to overcome to teach them and to train them.  I do the same for you – don’t lean on your own understanding, but trust in Me.  What I do for you is for your good and My glory.  Trust Me.

Exodus 18-20, Proverbs 2

What God said to me – You can know that if you call out to Me for insight and cry aloud for understanding that I will freely give you wisdom and the knowledge you desire.  Don’t worry that you may have missed Me – I will not let you miss Me when you are sincerely seeking Me – when you are sincerely seeking My direction and wisdom.  I will guard your course and protect you from straying.  Trust me.  Seek Me and I will give you understanding.  I may not always reveal the entirety of My plan from the beginning but know that I will guide you step by step and provide the knowledge and wisdom you need for today – for this moment.  Trust Me and walk in the way I have shown you and as you obey, more will be revealed.  I will make your path straight so have no fear – “I AM” with you.

Exodus 15-17, Proverbs 1

What God said to me – Moses cried out and I answered.  I always have the answer to the cries of your heart – you just need to cry out to Me.  Me – not to anyone else.  “I AM” your provider.   “I AM” the source of all you need.   “I AM” here ready to provide . . . ready to guide . . . ready to lead.  Trust Me. I have written in My word everything you need to know and to remember.  Make sure you hear it.  Spend time in it.  Don’t neglect it.  It has resources from Me beyond anything you can imagine. In it you will find the Bread of Life – eat of it.
