Exodus 22-24

What God said to me – Don’t look at the enemies, look at Me.  Seek Me and My will.  Know that My angel will go before you.  Don’t look to the right or to the left.  Know that “I AM” in control and will lead you to that place I have prepared for you.  No matter what others do – you keep following Me.  Keep your eyes and your focus on Me.  I can change circumstances with a word, but if I choose not to – do not waver. I have a plan “I AM” working out.  I have a work “I AM” doing in you.  Rejoice in these truths.  When you are hurting or frightened and you don’t understand – trust these truths. Trust Me!

Exodus 19-21

What God said to me – People don’t come to Me for a lot of reasons – they don’t know Me – they don’t want to know Me – they don’t care what I have to say – they are afraid of what I have to say – they don’t want to take the time – the reasons and excuses are endless.  The Israelites were afraid because they didn’t truly know Me so they begged Moses to be their go between.  Because of it they missed out on so much – a personal relationship with Me – hearing from Me directly.  The problem with such a relationship  is that it is dependent upon the faithfulness and accuracy of the intermediary and the limited intimacy you can have with Me because of a lack of personal contact with Me.  Commit yourself and your time to develop our relationship.  I promise you will never regret the time we spend together.

Exodus 16-18

What God said to me – “I AM” always with My people to lead and guide but most of them are so wrapped up in their daily needs and wants they don’t look to Me.  They grumble and grouse about their circumstances to each other but never turn to Me.  “I AM” all they need and yet they are too blind to see.  They look down and focus on all that is happening around them rather than looking up to Me, their source and salvation.  Moses came to Me when there was a problem.  He sought My guidance – My provision.  You must learn not to gripe and grumble about your circumstances but to come to Me instead.  Seek Me for direction.  Seek Me for wisdom.  Seek Me for provision.  Seek Me for everything.
