Luke 22-24, Ecclesiastes 5

What God said to me – Draw near and listen for I have much to say.  Sit still in My presence and let Me speak to you and teach you.  So many people come to Me talking on and on supposing their eloquent words will stir Me.  However, I don’t desire eloquent words.  I desire a sincere heart eager to hear from Me.  So, draw near and listen and I will teach you much.  I will reveal the mysteries of My kingdom if you draw near often and seek My wisdom.  I will open My word and give you understanding.  Like an eager student, open My book and ask Me questions.  I love to teach My children.

Luke 19-21, Ecclesiastes 4

What God said to me – I do nothing unless I first reveal it through My servants, the prophets.  I set out My plan from the beginning of the world and I revealed it through My word and the prophets.  So why is it that so few understand?  All of these things are not easily ascertained by design.  I reveal Myself to those who diligently seek Me.  The problem is that so few earnestly seek Me, or they presume to know what I intend to do.  Look at those who walked with Me on earth and heard My teachings.  They did not understand My plans even though I laid them out.  It was not until they became desperate because things didn’t turn out the way they thought that they turned back to Me and My word with an open heart and mind.  Don’t wait until you face a desperate situation.  Earnestly seek Me now.

Luke 16-18, Ecclesiastes 3

What God said to me – All things written about Me will be accomplished – just as it was in My first coming, so shall it be at My second.  Judgment is coming and only those who are Mine will escape it.  There is a time for everything under heaven – a time for repentance and a time for judgment.  Once the time for judgment comes, the time for repentance is past.  You must not be quiet.  You must let them know what is coming before it is too late.
