Romans 6-8, Proverbs 21:1-16

What God said to me – I know the unrighteousness of those in power upsets you, as it should.  But never forget that their hearts are like channels of water in My hand, and I can turn them whatever way I desire in order to accomplish My purpose.  So as you look at the things happening in your nation and in the world, be angry because of sin and injustice, but rejoice because “I AM” in control and using those things to accomplish My purpose.  The end is drawing near.  As you see the stage being set, look on with anticipation.  You will learn much about how “I AM” at work in the world and your faith will grow as you see My hand behind the scenes.

Romans 4-5, Proverbs 20:16-30

What God said to me – With respect to the promise from me, Abraham did not waiver in unbelief, but grew strong in faith, giving Me glory because he was sure that what I promised, I was able to do.  This is how I want you to live your life – a life of trust and faith.  I have promised you that walking with Me will yield great rewards – growing faith – increasing joy – steady growth.  So even though you may not see it or feel it, “I AM” at work in your life as you continue to walk with Me.  Keep going.  Don’t give up.  Don’t waiver in unbelief and you’ll grow strong in faith and learn to give Me glory in every circumstance.

Romans 1-3, Proverbs 20:1-15

What God said to me – There is never any shame when you step out in faith to represent Me by sharing or praying.  You don’t have to be articulate or confident in your actions in order to be used by Me.  You just have to be available and willing to step forward.  It is Me who answers prayer. It is Me who makes effective the things you say or do – not you.  Don’t be timid or embarrassed or try to be articulate as you voice a prayer or share – speak and pray from your heart and I will honor your faithfulness.
