Mark 11:1-12:44

What God said to me – My house will be called a house of prayer. This is still true today only you are My house for I dwell within you. Can this be said of you? Are you a “house” of prayer? In Jesus day they turned My house into a den of robbers – what have you turned My house into? Take an honest look. Are you devoted to My word and to prayer or do other things fill up your life? Never forget that you are My house for it will change the way you live and think. Many times, you can’t pray as you should because you’ve allowed My house to become unclean. Before it can become a house of prayer, it must first be clean. Then you can stand and pray with confidence, knowing “I AM” listening to your righteous prayer.

Mark 10:1-52

What God said to me – I tell you the truth – I always tell you the truth, but for you to hear and know the truth you must come to Me and spend much time in My word.  I know that’s easier said than done.  There is so much “noise” in the world that it’s difficult to tune it out or find a quiet place to shut it out.  It’s much more comfortable to listen to the noise or believe the lie rather than to shut out the noise so you can hear the truth.  The truth requires change.  The truth requires commitment.  The truth, however, leads to life and peace and joy – and knowing Me.  I tell you the truth.  Come aside and spend time with Me so you can hear it and be transformed.

Mark 9:1-9:50

What God said to me – To walk steadfastly in faith is not easy.  The world does not want you to believe.  The enemy does not want you to believe.  Sometimes even My people do not want you to believe because your faith convicts them of their lack of faith.  “I AM” the one who gives faith to you and “I AM” the one who helps you stand in faith.  When you are struggling, cry out to Me – “Lord help me to overcome my unbelief”.  The more you walk with Me and the more time you spend in My word, the greater your faith will become.  As you see Me work and understand My character, your faith will grow for your faith will be based in Me and not in the thing you want accomplished.  That’s where most people go wrong – they look at the obstacle or trial and say this is impossible instead of looking at Me and saying with God all things are possible.
