Daniel 10:1-12:13

What God said to me – Hearing from Me and gaining understanding of My word is not easy.  If it were, everyone would seek Me and My word.  You must desire to know Me above all else.  You must spend much time in My word crying out to Me for understanding and wisdom.  You must be willing to lay aside the things of this world and be fully devoted to Me, seeking Me and obeying Me.  There are some truths in My word that are not seen or learned quickly and easily but are learned through time spent, not just in study, but in prayer and fasting.  There is a depth to Me and My word that will only be found as a result of time and struggle and crying out to Me.  You must be wholly committed to know the truth of My word.  You must be wholly committed to know Me and the depth and height and greatness of who “I AM”.  Seek Me and you will find Me for I will reveal Myself to you.

Daniel 7:1-9:27

What God said to me – “I AM” your God who keeps covenant with you and all who are Mine.  You belong to Me, so you don’t need to be concerned or afraid.  “I AM” in control.  I have laid out My plan for the world so stand back and watch it unfold.  See Me work and be amazed.  Watch me orchestrate events and give praise.  I reveal Myself to My people and disclose My plans to them.  For your part, walk closely with Me, watching and listening, and you will see My word unfold in reality.  Look to Me when you see disasters occurring.  Look to Me when you see power shifting.  Look to Me when you see society changing.  I will open your eyes to see how it all fits together to accomplish My purpose and fulfill My plan.  “I AM” coming soon.  Watch for Me.

Daniel 4:1-6:28

What God said to me – How consistent is your walk with Me?  Look at your life . . . at your walk with Me.  Do you only spend time with Me and studying My word when it’s convenient and fits into your schedule?  Do you let the busyness and cares of life crowd Me out?  “I AM” to be your priority.  Look at Daniel for an example.  He didn’t let a crisis crowd Me out, instead he came to Me in the crisis.  You must not let the busyness of your schedule and all you need to get done push Me aside until you have time for Me.  That’s when you need Me most so I can help you to prioritize and learn from Me how all this fits into My plan.  People are looking at your walk with Me during those times. Let Me use you as a witness to them of My love and My ever presence to help you in time of need.
