Ezekiel 12:1-18:32

What God said to me – The word of the Lord . . . the word of the Lord . . . the word of the Lord – do you see how often I speak?  I have much to say to My children and yet few take the time to listen.  I want to be your intimate friend and speak to you about the things on My heart, but you must be willing to take the time to listen.  Building a close friendship takes spending much time together sharing, ministering, laughing, crying – otherwise you are just acquaintances.  I have chosen you to be My friend but you must choose Me to be your friend by spending the time necessary to build our friendship.  Are you willing to spend the time? Do you want to be an acquaintance of Mine or My intimate friend?

Ezekiel 1:1-11:25

What God said to me – Look at My cherubim – wherever the Spirit goes, they go without turning.  That is how it should be with you.  Follow My Spirit.  Go where He goes, and you will see Me at work.  Don’t turn, don’t hesitate, never waiver – follow My Spirit.  Go where I lead and speak what I tell you.  It doesn’t matter whether they listen or fail to listen, it matters that you are faithful and obedient.  Listen carefully to all I have to say and take it to heart.  Then go where I lead and speak to those I bring to you.  Sometimes you may be the teacher who teaches My word and shares what I have taught you.  Sometimes you may be the watchman who warns of impending danger for not obeying My word.  Whatever the role I place you in, speak boldly the word of truth.  Do not be afraid for “I AM” with you.
