Romans 14-16, Proverbs 22:17-29
What God said to me – You live in such a difficult time that many people are depressed and sad and disillusioned and without hope. They don’t see or understand that “I AM” at work and carrying out My plans. You, however, as My child have some resources they do not have – you have My Spirit within you and you have My Word. You must constantly be in My Word. It is not just stories and historical accounts – these things written in earlier times were written for your instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures you might have hope. There are stories of faith and answered prayers and victories but also of sin and judgment and tragedy. Through it all you see My faithfulness in carrying out My plans and fulfilling My promises. If you want to grow in faith and perseverance and have hope – stay in My Word.
