Numbers 25-27, Psalms 35

What God said to me – Be zealous for My honor for you are my priest.  You must take a stand for what is right and oppose what is wrong.  It will not be easy for you, but it is important.  I don’t need you to defend Me, but you need to do it.  It is how you shine your light in the darkness of the world.  Be zealous for what is holy.  Be zealous for what is righteous.  Too few of My people are zealous for Me.  Dare to take a stand.  Dare to walk in holiness.  The way may seem lonely at times – like you are standing alone but know that “I AM” with you . . . that “I AM” pleased with you.  I will give you peace.

Numbers 22-24, Psalms 34

What God said to me – It is not easy to walk in the Spirit when the pull of the world is so strong.  Many of My children struggle because they try to walk a narrow line trying to enjoy the pleasures of the world without displeasing Me.  The prophet Balaam was like that.  The king of Moab sent for him promising him great wealth if he would curse the Israelites.  Balaam feared Me, but he wanted the reward so he went trying to figure out how to achieve both.  He was greedy and his heart was not wholly devoted to Me.  When Joshua entered the promised land, he told the Israelites to choose this day whom they would serve, but as for he and his house, they would serve Me.  You cannot live a life wholly devoted to Me and pleasing to Me when you straddle the world and the Spirit.  I look at the heart and your motives, not just your actions.  I tell you the same thing every day – choose this day whom you will serve.

Numbers 18-21, Psalms 33

What God said to me – My eyes are always on you for you are My child.  “I AM” always here to guide you, to protect you and teach you.  Like a parent gripping the hand of his toddler so he won’t stumble or fall, I have hold of you.  Not My hand in yours, but yours in Mine and I won’t let go so that if you stumble, I can set you aright again.  Rejoice in that always – you are Mine!  My plans for you are firm and I will guide you each step.  I always see you.  I always hear you.  Don’t be afraid no matter what you encounter.  If you cry out to Me and the difficulty doesn’t disappear, look up to Me, squeeze My hand and say, “Okay Father, now what?”  I promise I will show you the way through.  I will never leave you.  Nothing is too difficult for Me for “I AM”.
