Luke 10-12, Ecclesiastes 1

What God said to me – I have chosen to reveal Myself to you.  I have chosen to reveal hidden things to you.  That is what it means to walk with Me.  “I AM” your teacher and your guide into the hidden truths of God.  Spiritual things are spiritually discerned.  Those who do not have My Spirit cannot understand these things nor do they have a desire to understand.  Your seeking, your questions, your struggles to understand are signs that you are Mine.  Stay in My word.  Keep questioning and seeking understanding.  Deep truths are not easily attained.  I reveal Myself to those who earnestly seek Me.  Keep seeking.

Luke 7-9, Psalms 94

What God said to me – Take care how you listen.  Are you listening with your head or your heart?  Are you paying close attention to Me or are you tuning Me out?  To hear from Me you must intentionally seek Me out.  You must walk with Me and stay in My word.  Most often I speak through My word so if you are not spending time there, you are not hearing from Me.  You must be intentional as you spend time in My word, not just carelessly scanning so you can check it off some list but purposefully reading and listening for what I have to say.  If you want “ears to hear” you must seek Me for “I AM” the word.

Luke 4-6, Psalms 93

What God said to me – There is a political acronym, “RINO”, (Republican In Name Only) which means they are registered as Republicans, but their actions and voting records do not reflect the actual party platform.  There is a similar thing in Christianity today – people who are Christians In Name Only and their actions and lifestyles do not reflect holiness.  I have told you as My child that you must be holy as “I AM” holy.  The process of sanctification is the process of Me making My children holy after their salvation.  It includes repentance and turning and walking after Me and bearing fruit in keeping with repentance.  Just as a good tree bears good fruit, so My children will bear fruit in their lives that will reflect that they are truly Mine.  There are many who claim to be Mine and use My name, but who have nothing else in their lives that reflects Me.  One of the saddest things at My return will be when I say to them, “why do you call Me Lord and do not do what I say – depart from Me, I never knew you.”  You must be careful to bear fruit in keeping with repentance and to walk in a manner worthy of your calling and you will not be ashamed at My coming.
