Mark 13-16, Psalms 20

What God said to me – You must always be on guard and on alert.  Do not let your guard down even for a minute for you never know either when I might come again, an opportunity for ministry may present itself, or the enemy might attack.  Stay close to Me so you will be prepared for any circumstance.  Stay in My word and constantly be talking to Me or listening for Me.  I never leave you but it’s so easy for you to drift away.  Practice focusing on Me and the things which you know please Me.  It may be difficult at first, but it will become easier in time.  Don’t worry so much about what you’re going to say or do but focus on Me and My word.  Everything else will naturally flow out of your walk with Me for I will give you the words and tell you what to do.

Mark 10-12, Psalms 9

What God said to me – My house will be called a house of prayer.  This is still true today only you are My house for I dwell within you.  Can this be said of you?  Are you a “house” of prayer?  In Jesus day they turned My house into a den of robbers – what have you turned My house into?  Take an honest look.  Are you devoted to My word and to prayer or do other things fill up your life?  Never forget that you are My house for it will change the way you live and think.  Many times, you can’t pray as you should because you’ve allowed My house to become unclean.  Before it can become a house of prayer, it must first be clean.  Then you can stand and pray with confidence, knowing “I AM” listening to your righteous prayer.

Mark 8-9, Psalms 18:25-50

What God said to me – Who do you say that “I AM”?  Ask yourself that question daily.  The answer is always “I AM” the Christ, your Savior, the Lord Almighty, the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End, the All Sufficient One.  The question is – Do you live like that is the answer or do you just give lip service to the question?  You would never dream of saying that “I AM” other than “I AM”, but does your life back it up?  Do you truly live for Me or just say it?  Do you truly depend on Me or just say it?  Do you truly trust Me or just say it?  The answer “I AM” interested in is the way you actually live your life.  Anyone can say it, but few actually live it.  Who do you say that “I AM”?
