Romans 11-12

What God said to me – You live in a world where society tries to force conformity to its ungodly values and lifestyles.  You must not be conformed to this world, but you must be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  You renew your mind by spending much time in My word, seeking Me, praying unceasingly, and obeying as I direct.  My children more than ever need to be devoted to one another in love.  Honor and encourage one another even more as the time draws near for My return.  Don’t let this ungodly society you live in discourage you or make you afraid.  Stand strong knowing that “I AM” with you.  Take your stance for Me with love towards those who don’t know Me or My ways.  Do not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good.  I know at times it may seem hopeless but never forget that I have overcome the world.

Romans 8-10

What God said to me – I have left you with two great resources – My Spirit and My Word.  Don’t take them for granted and neglect them.  I have given you all you need for life and godliness so rely on them, spend much time delving into My word and praying.  My Spirit intercedes for My children according to My will so begin each prayer time seeking Him and His direction as to how to pray according to My will.  So many prayers are unanswered because they are not My will and those praying never bother to seek My will.  My Spirit and My word will direct you how to pray effectively.  Once you truly learn this everything will change.  You’ll begin to see those you pray for through My eyes, and you’ll be praying according to My will rather than your own.

Romans 5-7

What God said to me – A committed athlete exults in his training even though it is difficult because he knows it is this difficult training that will prepare him to compete and finish strong.  In the same way I use the trials and tribulations you experience to train you – to develop perseverance in you so you can finish strong.  So when you experience various trials and difficulties exult in the knowing that “I AM” at work in you.  Embrace them as an athlete embraces the challenge knowing they are bringing about your sanctification and you are slowly being transformed into My image.  These things should give you hope and peace knowing that “I AM” doing a work in you and I have confidence that you will stand before Me totally accepted and pleasing to Me.
