Romans 1-4

What God said to me – The state of the world can be summed up in this verse – “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”  The fear of Me – the awe of Me – has been one thing that has kept the world on a moral track.  The fear of displeasing Me – the fear of judgment – the fear of hell – have been restraints that kept society from slipping into total moral decay.  The world has turned a corner in these last days.  They either don’t believe or don’t care and so have gone their own way.  There is now open rebellion against Me and My word.  The world is quickly succumbing to the delusion of the enemy.  Even those who say they are Mine are falling for the lie.  It is not an easy time to stay faithful.  Hold on to Me.  Stay in My word.  “I AM” coming soon.

Acts 27-28

What God said to me – There was never a question as to where Paul stood in his faith.  Whether the people he shared with agreed or disagreed with him or whether they responded in faith or rejected the gospel he presented, he was faithful and never backed down.  His walk and faithfulness to the end is an example to all of My children.  When you look at your circle of influence – family, friends, co-workers, acquaintances – do they know where you stand? Do they know you belong to Me?  Does your life and walk reflect our relationship positively?  There should never be a question of who you are and whose you are, it should be obvious.  Walk with Me.  Talk about Me as you would anyone who is an important part of your life.  You’ll be surprised by the openings it brings to share with those you encounter.

Acts 24-26

What God said to me – To have a good reputation among men is a good thing but it is not always possible.  What is a good reputation before Me and other believers is quickly becoming an affront to the world because they have chosen ungodliness.  Because of this you cannot always control what your reputation is in the world.  Strive for a good reputation but never compromise your beliefs to attain it.  What you should do is strive for a blameless conscience before Me and before men.  A blameless conscience is the natural result of walking faithfully with Me in obedience.  I will guide you in your interactions and responses as you encounter or confront other people.  When you respond as I direct and not in anger or in the flesh you will maintain a blameless conscience.
