2 Kings 23:1-24:20

What God said to me – The way to please Me is to obey My word wholeheartedly.  Do not compromise.  Follow Me fully and completely.  Very few of My children are totally devoted to Me.  It is so easy to fall away.  The world is so enticing.  Look at the kings of Judah – even most of those who did what was right in My sight left the high places.  They wanted to be liked . . . to be popular . . . to fit in with the world rather than please Me fully.  Commit yourself to Me wholeheartedly.  Refuse to compromise.  To be constant you  must spend much time with Me.  Look at every situation, every word you speak through My eyes.  Let Me change your heart.

2 Kings 20:1-22:20

What God said to me – Pay attention to My word.  Spend much time there.  Study.  Meditate.  Obey.  Make My word such a part of your life that it is like the food you eat or the air you breathe.  Make it the very lifeblood flowing through you.  I speak through My word.  I transform you through My word.  Dwell in it.  My people don’t hear My voice because they neglect My word.  Do you want to hear My voice?  Live in My word.  The ongoing conversation we share will increase . . . grow deeper.  You will know and experience Me more intimately.  I do nothing apart from My word.  It reveals all you need for life and godliness.  Eat of it and be full.

2 Kings 18:1-19:37

What God said to me – Do what is right in My sight – MY sight, not the world’s.  Don’t compromise on that for “I AM” the Way, the Truth and the Life.  It is Me you must please.  “I AM” the source of all you need.  Turn to Me when you are unsure.  Turn to Me when you are afraid.  I will open your eyes to see My hand and open your heart to trust My purposes.  “I AM” the one who delivers you.  “I AM” the one who accomplishes My purpose in your life and in the world.  I will reveal Myself to you.  Worship Me for “I AM” God.
