Lamentations 4-5, Hebrews 2, Psalms 103:1-22, Proverbs 26:23

What God said to me – How often do you worship?  “I AM” not talking about how much you go to church – “I AM” talking about you – one on one – worshipping Me.  As you learn to walk closely with Me, your life will become more and more about worshipping Me.  Just thinking about your salvation and all I have done for you and who “I AM” should cause you to cry out, “Bless the Lord, O my soul.”  As you think about the great salvation I have provided for you, everything within you should rise up and bless My Name.  Think about this – Man sinned and fell from grace and a group of angels sinned and fell from grace.  I did nothing to help the angels who sinned and I will judge them and pour out My wrath on them.  But for you, I became flesh and suffered and died for your sins – I became a merciful and faithful high priest to make propitiation for your sins.  I have not dealt with you according to your sins, but according to My mercy.  As far as the east is from the west, so far have I removed your sin from you.  As high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is My lovingkindness toward My children.  “I AM” the God of your salvation, so with all that is within you, worship Me.

Lamentations 3, Hebrews 1, Psalms 102:1-28, Proverbs 26:21-22

What God said to me – There is a movie called the Truman Show where the main character, Truman Burbank, lives his whole life in an enclosed area not realizing there was anything else beyond his little world.  For most people on earth, it is like that for them.  They live their entire life not realizing there is anything else but living and dying on this planet.  They never realize that from the beginning of the history of the earth to the end is just a blink of My eye.  It is temporary and one day the heavens and the earth you see now will be rolled up like an old garment, so learn to take your focus off of all this temporal “stuff” and live for that which is eternal.  My throne is forever.  All this temporal “stuff” will go away, but “I AM” eternal.  I never change.  My mercies are new every morning and My compassion never fails.  Set your mind on Me every day because in a world that is faltering and decaying “I AM” your hope forever.  No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what I have prepared for My children.

Lamentations 1-2, Philemon 1, Psalms 101, Proverbs 26:20

What God said to me – The world is replete with stories of famous people who were known publicly for generosity and kindness and being good people, but then a tell-all book comes out about how at home they were cruel or abusive or addicts or all sorts of ungodly things.  It’s shocking and disappointing.  People “tsk tsk” and say, “you never know what know what goes on behind closed doors”.  So, what about you?  Are you different publicly than you are privately?  Do you put on your “church” face when you go out and act totally different at home?  The Psalmist said, “I will give heed to the blameless way”.  He was committed to walking after Me, not just publicly, but also privately.  He also said, “I will walk in my house in the integrity of my heart.  I will set no worthless thing before my eyes”.  Walking in a manner worthy of your calling doesn’t just mean publicly where you can be seen and judged by others – it also means in your home, with your family, what you watch on TV, what you browse on your computer, what you read, what you think about.  There are no “hands off”, private areas in the lives of My children – they all belong to Me.  “I AM” righteous.  “I AM” holy.  I have called you to live righteous and holy lives everywhere, at all times.
