Genesis 46-47

What God said to me – Israel and all his children and grandchildren went into Egypt as a family and came out as a nation.  He never would have dreamed the great plan I had for his life and how I carried it out.  Egypt was not a place they wanted to go and a famine was not a circumstance they wanted to be in and yet it was My plan.  Remember this as things happen in your life.  When you are in a seemingly bad situation “I AM” at work moving you someplace where I can accomplish My purpose in you – teaching you a new truth – growing your faith – revealing Myself to you.  Learn to respond in faith and trust during these times.  No matter how bad it seems “I AM” with you and “I AM” at work.

Genesis 43-45

What God said to me – Just as Judah interceded on behalf of Benjamin, so My Son from the tribe of Judah intercedes on your behalf.  Your never stand alone.  “I AM” always with you.  Even in your sin “I AM” with you convicting you and drawing you back to Me.  You are never alone.  Nothing ever happens to you that “I AM” not there by your side.  I truly use all things for good in your life, even those things others meant for evil.  No one or no circumstance can move you out of My reach.  Nothing can keep Me from accomplishing My purpose.  You can’t see your future, but I can.  I use all you go through to prepare you for that future.  I use all things to move you to where I want you to be.  My plans for you are for a future and a hope with Me.

Genesis 41-42

What God said to me – All of your success and all the blessings of your life are from My hand.  It is not because of your intelligence or diligence or your own abilities.  All that you have is because of Me.  There are many in this world who are intelligent and diligent and talented and yet do not have the life or opportunities I have given you.  You must always express gratitude and be quick to acknowledge that “I AM” the source of your blessing.  Even the difficult things in your life I use to bless you because it is through your trials that your faith is grown and you are transformed into My image.  Look to Me as your source and acknowledge Me as your hope.  Trust Me to accomplish My purpose in you as you walk with Me.
