Zechariah 13, Revelation 19, Proverbs 31:1-7

What God said to me – Holy to the Lord – that is what you are to Me.  Holy, set apart, you are Mine.  I have chosen you and set you apart.  Act like it!  Live for Me and quit yearning to fit in and be accepted.  I have called you to be different and to live differently.  It’s not that the secular and ordinary things are bad, it’s that I have set you apart for the best . . . for what’s holy.  Walk with Me.  Seek Me first and I will make even the basic things you do holy to Me.  When you live for Me, I make everything you do, whether it’s working at your job or cooking for your family, holy to Me.  Walk with Me.  Seek Me first and all you do will bring glory to My name.

Zechariah 12, Psalms 147:1-20

What God said to me – Have you ever had a day or a season where everything is “blah” or you’re in a funk and nothing sounds good or looks good and you feel lazy and useless?  How do you shake that feeling and get moving again?  You start with praise – praise Me.  It is good to sing praises to Me.  My greatness is unsearchable so start by looking at Me – at Who “I AM” – at all that I have done – and then praise.  As you lift up your heart and voice in praise, I will lift up your spirit, and you will find new hope and new purpose.  I created you for fellowship and worship so when you focus on praising Me, you are fulfilling the very purpose for which you were created.  “I AM” great and abundant in strength and My understanding is infinite.  Make Me your focus and I will reveal Myself to you and our relationship will strengthen and deepen so with all that is within you, bless My holy name.

Zechariah 11, Revelation 18, Proverbs 30:33

What God said to me – “I AM” Faithful and True.  It is more than just My character; it is the very essence of who “I AM”.  You can always depend on Me.  You can always trust Me.  I will never let you down.  Once you begin to truly understand this, it will change the way you live.  Think of a father calling to his child to jump to him and the child jumps without thought, knowing his father will catch him.  When you really understand that “I AM” Faithful and True you will not hesitate to obey whatever I ask of you.  Hesitation reveals your lack of trust and understanding of who “I AM”.  Listen and jump!
