Matthew 11-12

What God said to me – Maintaining a consistent walk with Me is not easy. Even John the Baptist who was called by Me and used greatly by Me had questions when he was in the midst of a great trial. But when he was questioning and in despair – he sent for Me – he directed his questions to Me not to others. Where do you turn when you have questions – when you are sad or in despair? Is it to Me or to others? Do you draw closer to Me, or do you turn away from Me? My truths, My words, and My plans are spiritually discerned and only those who know Me and who seek to know Me deeply can discern and understand so when you have questions, come directly to Me. Seek Me and I will reveal Myself to you.

Matthew 9-10

What God said to me – The way My son ministered was different than the way the religious typically did things and He was questioned and criticized constantly throughout His ministry even though He was perfect – even though He was doing My will.  There will be times when I call you to do things – to minister in a certain way – when you will be criticized because you are not doing things the way “religious” people minister.  Don’t ever forget you answer to Me, not them.  Your call is from Me, not them.  Your goal is to please me, not them.  It will not be easy but walking the narrow pathway with Me yields great rewards.  Make Me your focus and I will use you even when you don’t realize “I AM” using you.  I will minister through you to accomplish My purpose.

Matthew 7-8

What Good said to me – What have you built your life on?  Is it Me, your firm foundation, or is it something else?  What do you depend on – Me or your financial stability?  How are you different from the world – or are you?  When the rains come and your life is flooded with trouble or the winds blow and everything around you is falling apart, where do you run?  “I AM” your sure foundation and the Rock on which you stand.  Your relationship with Me, this lifelong conversation we are having should be the most important thing to you.  Cling to Me.  Run to Me.  Talk to Me.  I will keep you from falling.  I will hold you up and be your comfort in times of trouble.  Even in your greatest sorrow and difficulty I will give you joy and peace – hold on to Me.
