Job 8-10

What God said to me – I don’t work the way men think or expect.  My ways are not your ways.  “I AM” omniscient – I know all and I always act in your best interests.  I have a plan for your life that “I AM” carrying out.  You must cling to this promise even when you don’t see or understand.  Don’t listen to what others say or diagnose as your problem or how to fix it.  Turn to Me and My word.  When I don’t say something or show you something you must learn to trust and carry on doing the things I’ve already shown you.  Stay in My word.  Pray without ceasing.  Walk in faith knowing that “I AM” in control.  At some point I may open your heart and mind to see what “I AM” doing, but if I don’t you must keep on walking in faith knowing that all I do or allow is for your good and My glory.

Job 5-7

What God said to me – Do not think that because you are Mine that you will be exempt from trials and pain.  When I was walking in this world, I suffered tribulation and so will you.  Don’t forget what I said – in the world you will have tribulation, but I have overcome the world so take courage.  It is always good to examine yourself to check your motives and repent of sin.  I sometimes send trials to discipline you and bring you back to Me, but if you examine yourself and find no sin, then trust that the trials are for some other purpose.  Turn to Me and ask Me what “I AM” doing in your life and how you should respond.  Sometimes “I AM” building your faith and transforming your character.  Sometimes “I AM” using your testimony of faith and endurance to draw others.  I have a plan that “I AM” working out in your life.  Trust Me to carry it out.

Job 1-4

What God said to me – Job held fast to his integrity no matter what happened to him.  Even in his darkest hour he held fast.  What about you?  All that you are and have comes from Me.  Can you say with Job that the Lord gives and the Lord takes, blessed be the name of the Lord?  It’s easy to bless Me when I give to you and bless you.  How do you do when I take away?  Do you trust Me that I take away for a reason – that “I AM” at work even then?  You have an enemy who wants to see you defeated and fall but it is not Me.  “I AM” on your side even when you are at your lowest – even when you stumble and fall.  I will never leave you nor forsake you.  Don’t forget that I have a plan that “I AM” working out in your life so in times of adversity cry out to Me for comfort and direction.  These are the times where you grow the most and learn the most.  “I AM” here – stand fast.
