Esther 6-10

What God said to me – My timing is always perfect to accomplish My purpose and bring glory to My name.  Look at the account of Mordecai – the very night before Haman was coming to petition the king for his death, the king could not sleep so he had a portion of the records read to him.  Do you think it was just a coincidence the king could not sleep or that the portion of the records read to him were regarding Mordecai’s heroic service to the king?  Of course not!  Mordecai was elevated instead of executed so My plan to use he and Esther to save My people would be accomplished.  Don’t be concerned or fearful as you look at all that is going on in the world.  Just know “I AM” setting the stage to accomplish My purposes and save My people.  Stay steadfast and diligent for time draws short.

Esther 1-5

What God said to me – As you spend time with Me, “I AM” faithful to speak to you and reveal Myself to you.  As you go about your day, you must constantly seek Me and be aware of My presence and direction.  If I tell you to speak, then you must speak.  If I tell you to keep silent, then you must be quiet.  As you walk in obedience to Me, speaking and acting as I direct, I will use you to accomplish My purposes.  You must be faithful.  But know this, My purposes will be accomplished whether you are obedient or not.  I will move in someone else to speak.  I will not be thwarted but you will miss the blessing that comes from walking in obedience to Me and seeing My work firsthand.  Do you want to have a front row seat to see Me at work?  Then be faithful and obedient.

Nehemiah 12-13

What God said to me – When My people align themselves with My enemies, they always fall away from Me and into sin.  My people are to be apart from the world, holy to Me.  You are to be in the world, but not of it.  That is a fine line that can easily be crossed if you are not steadfast in your walk with Me.  Your reputation of belonging to Me is important and must be preserved.  When you cross the line and begin to participate in the sin of those around you, you don’t just damage your reputation, but Mine also.  I will forgive your failure when you come to Me in repentance, but it is difficult to restore your reputation and recover from the taint of sin in the eyes of the world.  This is why it is so important for you to remain steadfast and faithful.
