Romans 12:1-2, Ephesians 5:25-27

What God said to me – I gave Myself for you in order that you might be clean, holy and blameless.  But you must let Me wash you with the water of the word by spending time in it – not just reading or even studying but by renewing your mind thru meditation.  Think on My word.  Your struggles are because you have allowed so much into your mind through reading and movies and other media that those things consume your thoughts rather than My word.  Return to My word.  Force yourself to think about it when other thoughts press in.  It will become easier after a time and I will wash you clean.

Ephesians 6:16, 1 John 1:5-7, Isaiah 12:2

What God said to me – Don’t fear that you will fall – just walk with Me.  I will guide your steps.  You will meet difficulties and temptations along the way but don’t fear them – just keep holding on to Me.  I have given you My full armor.  Put it on every day.  Pick up your shield and sword as you prepare each morning just like you put on your clothes and pick up your phone before you head out.  Think ahead.  Be prepared.  Determine each day that you will walk with Me that day.  Don’t think about tomorrow – concentrate on walking with Me and pleasing Me today.  Be steadfast and unflinching to conquer self and do My will and live by Me teachings.

Revelation 21-22, Isaiah 66

What God said to me – In My word I tell you exactly the kind of people I want My children to be – people who are humble, contrite of spirit and who tremble at My word.  In order to become that you must constantly walk with Me and be in My word.  You cannot become the person I desire you to be apart from Me.  You cannot comprehend the awesomeness of My word unless you spend much time there.  You will never tremble at My word until you understand the depth and detail and glory that is there as I reveal Myself and My plan to you.  I want to show Myself to you.  I want to share My thoughts and plans with you.  Seek Me often so I can.
