Joel 1-3, Psalms 149

What God said to me – Even though judgment appears imminent, there is still time for people to return to Me. Pray and fast – make sure your heart is clean. Don’t give up because it seems like there is no hope. There are still some who will come to Me even as judgment approaches. Pray for them. Pray for the nation. Pray for the world. Pray for My people to return to Me wholeheartedly and to forsake the ways of the world. Pray for them to be salt and light in these last days so that all who are Mine will come to Me.

1 Thessalonians 3-5, Psalms 148

What God said to me – If you do not want to be ashamed at My coming, you must let Me establish your heart without blame in holiness.  This is the process of sanctification – Me working in you to transform and conform you into My image.  This is why it is so important that you walk with Me moment by moment so you don’t stray into sin.  All it takes is a little inattention and before you realize it, you have moved away from Me.  Stay close.  Seek Me always.  Be quick to repent of an unkind word or unholy thought or attitude.  Stay in My word so you are continually washed in its water.

1 Thessalonians 1-2, Psalms 147

What God said to me – I send forth My command to the earth and My word is accomplished.  “I AM” in control in spite of what the world may think.  “I AM” moving creation toward its end and to a new beginning.  You must continue to walk with Me and stay close to Me so you will not be ashamed at My coming.  The ways of man are going to implode and they have no control – no power to stop it.  They are going to experience what life is like when they totally remove Me and refuse to acknowledge or seek Me.  Pray for those who would be saved for the world is quickly coming to an end.
