Jeremiah 7-9

What God said to me – Evil upon evil – depravity upon depravity – this is the world you live in today.  Those who are truly Mine are horrified at all that is happening around them and yet they are helpless to change it.  The leaders say “elect me and I will give you peace” but there is no peace.  The “fixes” they bring are only superficial because a heart change is what is needed for a change to actually take place and only I can change a heart.  Most are far from Me and have no desire to come nearer.  They abhor Me and you because they love their sin.  To acknowledge Me or those who are Mine is to shine the light on their sin so they cling to darkness and attack the light.  You must cling to Me and trust that “I AM” in control and carrying out My plan.  Behold “I AM” at the door.

Jeremiah 4-6

What God said to me – My word has become a reproach and few take delight in it.  I have called you to be a watchman on the wall warning the world of the impending judgment and disaster that is about to fall.  You must stand strong and not be discouraged when few heed your warning.  They are not rejecting you alone, they are rejecting Me.  They are rejecting you because of Me.  Some will be belligerent or even violent in their rejection.  Most will just ignore your warnings or shrug them off as coming from a religious zealot.  But a few will listen and turn to Me and these are why you must not waver.  Time is running out.  Stand firm.  Be diligent.  Stay faithful.  “I AM” at the door.

Jeremiah 1-3

What God said to me – It is one thing for My people to fall into sin and then be convicted of their sin so they return in repentance to Me, crying out for forgiveness, but it is an entirely different thing for them to disregard their sin , saying “I am innocent and I have not sinned.”  This is when you know judgment is at hand – when those who claim to be Mine will not even acknowledge their sin and they say that which has always been sin is no longer sin.  They adopt the world’s morality and not Mine.  The world has turned a corner and there is no going back.  You must choose this day whom you will serve – what standard you will live by.  Will you choose to serve Me wholeheartedly or will you turn your back on Me and join the world?  Time is running out.  Today is the day of salvation.
