1 Corinthians 1-4

What God said to me – The things of God – right vs wrong – good vs evil – all seem obvious to you so you don’t understand how the world cannot see the absolute depravity that is happening all around.  But you are My child – you have My Spirit – so you can see and understand.  Never forget that spiritual things are spiritually discerned so those who don’t know Me can never get it.  They don’t have the capacity because they don’t have My Spirit.  That is why My wisdom is foolishness to them.  The whole world is being deluded – all except My children are falling for a lie.  Don’t fall into the trap of arguing with them.  Speak the truth in love and pray.  Pray without ceasing in these last days.

Romans 14-16

What God said to me – Time is growing short so you must be even more diligent in your walk with Me.  Put aside frivolous things and focus on what is really important – My word – prayer – ministering to others – encouraging others in their walk – sharing the gospel with those who are lost.  Put on your armor because you are in the midst of an ever-increasing battle.  Quit judging your brothers because you are on the same side.  Encourage them.  Be an example.  The things you have experienced are not just for your benefit but are for others also.  Come along side them to encourage them.  Tell of all you learned as you went through similar trials.  Tell them of My faithfulness and greatness.  Build one another up.  Encourage one another.  Love one another.

Romans 11-12

What God said to me – You live in a world where society tries to force conformity to its ungodly values and lifestyles.  You must not be conformed to this world, but you must be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  You renew your mind by spending much time in My word, seeking Me, praying unceasingly, and obeying as I direct.  My children more than ever need to be devoted to one another in love.  Honor and encourage one another even more as the time draws near for My return.  Don’t let this ungodly society you live in discourage you or make you afraid.  Stand strong knowing that “I AM” with you.  Take your stance for Me with love towards those who don’t know Me or My ways.  Do not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good.  I know at times it may seem hopeless but never forget that I have overcome the world.
