1 Kings 6-7

What God said to me – Solomon built the temple according to My plans which were drawn up very purposefully. There was a meaning and a purpose for each element of the temple. You are now My temple in the world today. I dwell within you. If you will let Me build you into the temple I desire, My glory will shine through every element of your life. You however must be willing to let Me work in you to transform you. I will do the work according to My specifications if you will just willingly submit to My hand. I sent talented artisans to Solomon to create those special parts of My temple but with you, I have not subbed out the work. “I AM” doing the work Myself to transform you into My glorious temple. Your part is to submit and obey.

1 Kings 3-5

What God said to me – Wisdom and understanding are greatly lacking in the world today even among My people – even though I have promised that if any one of My children lacks wisdom and asks Me, I will give it.  Instead of asking Me for wisdom and discernment, most go their own way and trust themselves.  If you want to walk with Me and please Me, constantly ask Me for wisdom and discernment.  I will show you what to do and which way you should go.  My ways are not your ways – My ways are higher, and My ways are perfect.  “I AM” the greatest resource you have so ask Me for wisdom – ask Me for discernment.  I will show Myself to you. This should be your constant prayer in your walk with Me.

1 Kings 1-2

What God said to me – I know it is difficult for those of My children who seek to live righteous lives and walk with Me to see the ungodly prosper and go unpunished.  But know this – unrighteousness and evil will always be punished.  It may not be in the time you think it should be, but judgment comes when I decide it should.  “I AM” patient and slow to anger and give the ungodly time to repent and return. I also use them to accomplish My purposes and fulfill My plans even though they are unaware of it.  They think they are in control, but “I AM” sovereign.  The time is soon coming when My wrath will fall in full force on those who go their own way and reject Me as Lord.  You be faithful and walk with Me.  I will take care of the rest.
